I have 3 courses that will not run if the learner is using Google Chrome. Question: If I republish the courses using HTML5/Flash will Google Chrome work?
Fingers crossed this works as I'm getting similar reports all of a sudden.
I'm in the process of updating some old courses and receiving the attached after I choose Yes to upgrade into Storyline 360. If I hit cancel, the file opens. Should I open a ticket for this?
Hi there, Cheryl. It looks like the .story file is on your F: drive. Are you able to copy it down to the C: drive first and then attempt to upgrade?
It's ok to back up your files to a shared or external drive, but we always recommend working and saving on your C: drive. Let me know how you make out with moving the file to the local hard drive!
I do normally work on the C: drive while editing but then save the files up to a network drive. I've tested the courses I've republished and so far they're all playing fine. I'll copy them to my local drive before republishing the remaining courses. Thanks, Crystal.

What is the error you're getting?
Chrome has disabled flash in recent releases so if that's the issue publishing in HTML5 will resolve it.
Hi Michelle,
Tristan's got it right, and you can read more about Google disabling Flash right here. Let us know if publishing with HTML5/Flash helps!
OK great thanks for your reply!
Thanks Alyssa. Still testing the courses. Will let you know if there is
still an issue.
