Hi, I have published two courses, both look great and display in our Halogen LMS Program nicely. Our learners can launch the courses, review all content and complete all quizzes.
Here is were I need help: Even though they received 100% on the quiz, the LMS System does "not" acknowledge this. It also displays as "incomplete" - asking them to begin the course (like they have completed no work).
I have published as a Scorm 1.2 and used the "Reporting and Tracking" - Results Slide.
This course was a converted Articulate '09 presentation into Storyline 2 with some enhancements.
You may want to test the course in the SCORM Cloud to see if you get the same results. This is the industry standard for testing content. You can also look into theses steps on troubleshooting your LMS.
Hello Doreen, I am having the same problem. I am using Storyline 2. I publish and upload onto Halogen and I can move through the program and take the test and get my result on the result slide but when I exit it does not record that I have completed the program. Were you able to get any answers from Halogen when you contacted them. When I shared the issue with our rep from Halogen they did not think it was Halogen related but rather something in the Storyline 2 software that I may have missed clicking on before publishing and uploading into Halogen. I was hoping maybe you were successful and could impart some help! Thanks, Donna
I am still working with Halogen, when I have resolution I will let you know. I have been having this problem with both Articulate and Storyline 2 e-learning programs, they say to try "Storm Cloud" which is what my Halogen Rep is doing as we speak. So far he/my rep. at Halogen has been wonderful and really working to try and find the problem...

Doreen, I appreciate hearing back from you when you have resolution. It has been very frustrating. I have 40 programs to design in Storyline 2 and load into Halogen that have post-tests attached. My deadline is March 1 and I just don't see that happening right now unless we get this problem solved. Please e-mail me directly so we can chat. Donna

All of our employees 450+ have a deadline to complete this course and I am so excited that that are both published on our Halogen LMS System - marking "complete" with a "Pass" and "Grade"!
Halogen was great and they too wanted me to use Scorm Cloud.
Scorm Cloud really helped in determining if it was an issue with authoring tool or LMS.
Looks like Doreen was able to achieve success, but this thread is a bit dated. You are welcome to test your content in SCORM Cloud to be sure the issue lies with your LMS as well and perhaps you could reach out to Doreen directly, via the Contact Me option on her user profile, if needed. Sounds like she worked directly with Halogen though :)

HI, I know this thread is a bit dated but I am designing something with MULTIPLE quizzes that needs to be published on Halogen. Can anyone tell me the optimum settings or tips for this to be successful? Thank you in advance! Kathleen
I'm not familiar with the Halogen set up, but Storyline will allow you to include multiple quizzes and multiples results slides, but you can only push one results slide or tracking method to your LMS as we don't support multiple SCOs. There are some users who have done something similar by modifying the file, but that's not something we can offer support for. You could take a look at the options mentioned here.
