I've imported several FLV files into my Storyline. When I let it play all the way through, it plays fine with no issues. When I start scrubbing/seeking through, the ends of the videos get cut and dont play all the way through. Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated!

Scrubbing causes synchronization problems. This is a know issue.

These issues may differ a little from your problem, but at heart, is is that manually changing the timeline by scrubbing means that the timing between videos and other objects (including end of timeline) is out of whack. The same issue affects the timeline launched preview, and Q&A is working on it.
