I'm recording some system simulations. Normally Articulate will record everything I do like for like, including when I scroll down the screen. Now for some reason its missing out anything when I have scrolled the page, and just jumps to the action that the user needs to complete. I've tried everything!
Hi, Sally - For odd or erratic behavior, there are a few things we can try to rule out common problems.
Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. Also, could you please ensure that you are utilizing the most recent SL2 Update? Info on Update 5 can be found here.

Can you also confirm that you're working on files as described here? You may also want to look at conducting the repair of Storyline if this is a new/recent behavior.
