HELP! Corrupted file and 9am meeting

Aug 15, 2016

Hello,

I have been working on the module for over a year. I have put in 2 weeks of updates for a meeting I have at 9am tomorrow morning. I tried to open the file tonight and it is corrupted. This has happened to me before and I was able to locate a version online through Articulate and only lose about a days worth of work, but I don't remember how?

PS I only save to my local drive

No I still cannot open the file. There is not a temp file, I downloaded the newest version and now my storyline files don't even have the correct thumbnail?

Hi Laura! I apologize, it looked like you were super excited that you were able to find a file in the temp directory.

Yes, the thumbnail being blank in the latest update is an issue that we are aware of. It seems to be a cosmetic only issue, but I will add this thread both for our QA Team to know user impact as well as to provide an update when applicable.

That was an old case from several months ago.
