Help! i keep getting an error

Every time I click the player to change out a resource I get an error that says "we are sorry if something went wrong with Articulate Storyline and it might close. You can help us fix this bug by sending information...etc"

It doesnt actually close, but doesnt let me get to the player. I have tried for two weeks. Restarted my computer, restarted storyline, tried in multiple different storyline courses.
