All of a sudden I can't preview a slide. I've tried on an older file and on a new file and it just goes to a white screen. I've exited out of Storyline, rebooted my machine, and checked for updates. Nothing is working. I have 2 deadlines tomorrow. Can anyone suggest something?
Glad that Michael was able to assist you here. Our documentation is listed here and I will share this thread with our team so that we can update on Win 8 as well.
Good news! Adobe and Microsoft have fixed the Flash Player bug that broke many applications just before the new year, including Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Articulate Studio.
I do not have the latest update for IE. I the latest update for Chrome. I will have to work with my IT department to get the latest for IE. Hopefully that will work.
I am STILL not able to use preview and I've done everything recommended. I have downloaded and installed version FP20 for Chromium PPAPI and I have changed the Flash settings security settings to "always allow SWF and FLV content to use older security settings." I have rebooted twice now. I am in the middle of a big project with a deadline. Any other suggestions??

Here's how to install the latest Adobe/Microsoft update so you can preview your e-learning projects, edit videos, and launch CD-published courses again.
I just updated my Adobe, rebooted my laptop and am still getting a blank screen when I go to preview. Any other suggestions?
Hi Cynthia!
Could you check that you do have the latest version of Flash Player in IE?

Hi Cynthia,
I just saw in this thread that Vicki shared some specific steps she had to change in Chrome as Chrome has it's own version of Flash built in. If you're still struggling with preview you may want to check into the steps she shared there.
