SL has been working just fine, but this morning it tells me I need Flash 10 installed. I'm using Win8 and when I try to install, I get the message that Flash in integrated in Win8 so I don't need to install.....I have a conference call in 30 minutes and need SL to run!?
I had this happen quite some time ago but can't remember the fix. There were some Windows updates installed this weekend....could that have caused this?
As you can imagine, I would appreciate any and all help! Thanks!!

Glad that Michael was able to assist you here Carrie! It was due to an Adobe update to Flash Player 16 :)
