Some of our learner are not able to see a score on the Results slide after they take an assessment on our Portal, it shows them the variables for "Your Score" and "Passing Score".
I went in to test it and took the course and was able to see my score, I am unsure why it displays the variables and not the score to some?
I haven't seen it display the variable placeholders before, so as Priyanka said, I think we'd like to take a look at your .story file to see what's occurring when testing it and uploading to a site such as SCORM Cloud which is an industry testing site for SCORM/LMS content.

You can try this by deleting the Results page and inserting a new on in its place.
