HELP! SCORM Keeps Freezing

Hi,

We had an ID help develop this file. I had gone through it a few times with no issues, but from one moment to the next it kept freezing when I selected standard 4 from the main menu. The cursor stays spinning in the menu slide and does not go to the standard 4 scene. We checked and the triggers in place are correct. For a co-worker it got stuck on slide 5.10 while viewing on 360 Review. We both used Chrome and cleared our cookies and cache just in case. Not sure what is causing the scorm pkg to get stuck in certain places.

I've tested it on multiple platforms: 360 Review, Storyline (View Entire Project), LMS (absorb) and Scormcloud. No luck having it work without freezing.
