i'm new to this community. just start using articulate storyline a month ago. i have a problem when i want to use screen recording and make it step by step in view mode. the problem occur when i record "Minitab" software. Minitab is statistical software.
the problem is, when i want to put number like "10.342", it will came out "1" first, then "0.342" in separate slide..
i attach the storyline file here to make it clear.

I have tried to recreate your issue using a screen recording of an Excel spreadsheet entering the same kind of data eg. 10.345 and did not have the same problem.
Unless another user on the forums can give you other advice it may be the MiniLab software and the 0 key making extra slide. Also I am unsure of the keyboard you are using but maybe use the alternate number keys and see if it makes a difference.
I know it is a pain but you can at least edit the slides and delete the 1 slide and edit the 0.342 slide to reflect 10.342 in the caption.

It may looks like not a big problem, but for me, I want it to become "10.342" in one slide. to avoid user from misunderstand why they need to put 1 first then 0.342..

Just as you could update the "view" mode slides, you could also update the "Try again" slides. You'll need to update the hint caption layer and the correct answer within the "edit text entry interaction" to update this.
