Help to build a quiz show game

Want a simple quiz show game like Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?

I have attached the storyboard and documentation of the format of the game desired.

Can anyone just create a small example for me? So that i can follow it and develop the other parts.

Any kind of help will be appreciated.
