I published the course to our LMS(saba) and for some reason when the user passes or fails it is not registering in our lms. It shows success no matter what the score is and it is not recording the score.Am I missing any triggers. No one in my office knows storyline but me and I cant figure it out. I used a pre-built template.
try testing the zipped LMS package in Scormcloud (an industry standard testing tool) - this will tell you if there is an issue with the Storyline file or something in Saba that needs tweaking.
The completion status monitors when learners finish a course. The completion status is either Complete or Incomplete.
The success status monitors how learners perform. Did they master or satisfy the course requirement? That is, did they view a certain number of slides, finish a quiz, or trigger completion? The success status is usually Passed or Failed, though it can also be Unknown.

Thanks!! I changed a variable and now its showing but shows completed whether the user passes or fails ugh..
