I'm a new Storyline 360 user (trial version for now) and I have an audio clip playing fine on a base layer slide. However, on the base layer slide I have 3 buttons that take the learner to 3 new separate layers and when I go to those new layers the audio clip (from the base layer) replays which I do not want.
Can anyone tell me how to make sure the audio plays on the base layer ONLY?
I wasn't sure what your slide properties and set up looked like, but I created a quick example of how I'd stop the audio from playing on the layer. I uploaded it to Review here, and you can also see the attached .story file.
