Help with Quiz Pages

Hi,

 I reached out about this issue and tried a few suggestions. The problems did not go away. So I re-created the project and am still having problems. https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/buttons-triggers-to-pages-not-assigned-to-them

When I submit slide 1.3 it does not show my slide layer. Instead it goes back to the previous slide with its layer. I have tried several things. I cannot figure this out. I need slide 1.3 submit button to show 1 of 2 things.

1. Invalid message if they did not type anything
2. Take them to slide layer if they entered something in the text field
