Help with Storyline 360

Hi,

I am working on Storyline 360. Recently I am facing challenges with the below, if someone can help me I would appreciate it.

1. Yesterday I was using the "Zoom Picture" feature it didn't work. Although, the picture size was 65 KB . I tried it several times always same failure on this slide. (I used it on other slides and it works perfectly)
2. In Storyline Review all the hover features shows kind of (Jumping text), hence on my PC when I test it (preview) doesn't show the same action
3. Sometimes after synchronizing my content to the audio during the "Review" the narration ends and the timeline continue (I am using cues and I suppose this should not happen)
4. Sometimes my title font size changes and I really don't why
5. When using layers "the Reset to Initial State" doesn't work the narration continues from where it stopped before the interaction (visit to another layer)
