I published a Storyline 3 course (HTML5 with Flash fallback, SCORM 1.2) for use on my client's Moodle site (I believe it's the most current version). For some reason, the hotspots in the test simulations I've included are not functioning properly in Moodle. Even if the learner selects the correct hotspot area, s/he gets feedback that the answer is incorrect. I've tested the course on SCORM cloud and everything in the test simulations is working properly there. Any ideas on why the hotspots aren't working in Moodle?
If it works at SCORM Cloud that's a good indication that Moodle is blocking something in the course. Perhaps it's something as simple as the browser you're using - you'll want to make sure you're using a browser supported by Moodle and Storyline 3 for your HTML5 output. Take a look at our system and viewing requirements here.
I'd suggest reaching out to your Moodle admin for other ideas and troubleshooting!
