On a system training we have the problem that it works perfectly on people's desktop, but on a laptop the hotspots over some of the button seems to move 'somewhere' - which means user can not proceed as they can not click anything that is correct. If you resize browser window (75% instead of 100%) they are in the right place again. Any solutions for this in Storyline?
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what users are running into with your course.
I have a few additional questions as I try to test and replicate the issue:
What version of Storyline are you using?
Are the slides part of a screen recording with Try/Test Mode or just a Graded/Freeform Hotspot slide that you've added?
With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
So turns out the Player size was set to "Lock player at optimal size" and that played havoc with the hotspots on resize for some reason. Once it was changed to "Scale player to fiil browser window" it resolved it!

Hey Miranda,
Was there ever any resolution to this? I'm suffering from the same issue.
Thanks,
