Hotspots suddenly not clickable

Hi All - I am having a really strange issue with Articulate 360.

I built an assessment with clickable fields/hotspots over an image the user would have to select to score correctly. It was working fantastic. However, now when I go through the storyline, the image cannot be clicked on at all....or the clickable field is off-center from where it would normally be.....I would only see an arrow when I hovered over the correct spot and was not able to click. Yet when I run the slides separately, or without publishing the entire storyline it works fine. 

Any ideas? I am at my wits end!
