Is there a way to have this set up as default as a colleague of mine does not need to this manually; the hover colour appears by default in her Articulate and we use the same version.
Yes! You can set this as the default style for any button, radio buttons included! Simply, right-click the button and select "Set as Default Radio Button" from the drop-down menu. Here's a screenshot!
I'll also point out that this will impact the buttons in the course you're working on and will not be reflected in every Storyline 360 course that you create.
