I've been looing all over the forum to try to what the fix is, but the first time a slide appears the cursor hovers over a tab, the hover state doesn't work. As soon as the cursor goes over another tab they all work. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there an easy fix?
Happy to help here! I haven't seen recent issues regarding hover states.
If you can share your file, I am more than happy to take a look! You can share files in this thread here, or you can share it privately with me here. I'll let you know my findings and will delete it after having a closer look.
Hi there, Renske. Sorry to hear you're also facing this!
After some digging, we recently documented an issue in Storyline 360 where hovering on an object with a Hover state does not work on the first hover attempt. We'll keep this discussion in the know with any new developments!
Although I don't see any workarounds logged as of yet, we're happy to take a look at your .story file to see if we can offer tailored approaches! If you're able to share the course, please use this private upload link.
Katie - Is this documented issue related to Hover states only? We are experiencing issues on custom states (with triggers to change state of image when hovered over hotspot, return on unhover) where the image flicks off and the screen turns completely white rather than returning to normal. Not sure if this issue falls under the same issue as what you have described. Thanks, Caroline
Thanks for checking in. This bug is still an open issue with our team, but we'll be sure to jump in this discussion once we have more info to share, bug-wise, or any relevant workarounds that will help!
I have a similar issue. I select the button in the Main Menu. Then I go back to the Main Menu and the button is still on the hover state. I go over the same button with my cursor and then it changes to the visited state. I have the latest version of Storyline 360.

Just wondering if this has been fixed yet or if a workaround has been discovered. Thanks

Hi Wendy!
Could you share your .story file with us publicly here, or privately in a case? We will delete it from our systems when troubleshooting is complete.
I am suddenly experiencing this issue. Has it become an issue again?
It is resuming and would have been on hover, perhaps add trigger to set to visited before you jump
