How can I control the colours for Review Correct/Incorrect

see attached update to your file and this is the tutorial I used for reference

When creating a custom review layer, the green tick to show the correct response doesn't show so that needs to be added to each review layer for each question - the issue here is if you have 'shuffle' answers on that tick will stay where you put it on the review layer but the answers will shuffle when the timeline of the slides starts so in your file I have changed all shuffles to None to show how it could work - if you don't want the green tick you can leave shuffle as is.
