There isn't an "import from Lectora" option - but the swf files (the .fla file is the Flash source file format) can be imported into Storyline as described here. The other video formats you can import in are detailed here.
I'm not well versed enough in Flash creation to know for certain - but I found another thread with a similar error that I thought may assist you in tracking down that particular error.

i'm a bit of a newbie at this
When I try to insert the swf file it says the file "contains 'script with references to root" and may not function properly in the published output
I used a video converter converted to flash and now the video is endlessly buffering
