how can i export full fledge video from articulate?

Thanks for reaching out and sharing how you would like to publish your Storyline project.

Publishing to video/mp4 removes any interactivity included in your project, so the triggers would not be applicable.

You can create triggers based on the timeline and they will be included in your video.

I'm attaching a very brief sample.

With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

Thanks for replying. 

The thing is now i am able to export the video. Is there a way to convert the resolution of video from within the articulate as the option to export is HD (1440X1080) but i need HD (1920X1080).

Is this possible to get the video of that resolution without sacrificing much quality of the content.

Hi Paramjot,

In order to get HD 1920x1080, you'll have to go to the Design tab, click Story Size and create the custom story size. After you adjust that, you'll be able to publish to video with those dimensions.
