My employer sent me the company ID for Storyline to do a project. When I input the access code, the response says that the code is invalid. Can anyone give me tips on how to verify the code this weekend to finish the project?
My understanding is the code is only valid for a set number installs of the license so if your company still has it active on xx pcs then you won't be able to activate it on yours till they deactivate on one of them.
