Hi there, I have the exact same problem as Mark. When I follow the instructions for the FTP option, I get the following message: "The requested name is valid but no data of the requested type was found." Any ideas what this might be? Any other way to upload the content to a site or get a link that users can click on to watch the module?
Thanks for reaching out here. How are you adding in the FTP info? Have you tried publishing for web and then zipping the output to upload to your FTP site vs. using the FTP button in Storyline? Have you reached out to your website team regarding that particular error message?
Thanks - I did reach out to them and I figured out that the web site that we have does not support FTP... doh!!!
Thanks for your response - I think we are going to go down the amazon s3 route as can't find any other way to get users to access the module without using an LMS.

You could use Storyline's FTP option or some other FTP client to upload the published content to your site. See here for info, under "Step 5: Publish" https://community.articulate.com/series/4/articles/publishing-a-course-for-web

Even if they don't support FTP you may want to see if there is a way to link and upload the files to the site just as another option.
