I have a web object in a course that is linked to a survey and I would like to ensure that the learner actually clicks through to the survey before continuing. I would think the easiest way to do this is with a variable or trigger on the web object however I cannot figure out how to apply a trigger to the web object... HELP???
Are you displaying the web object in the slide, or in a new browser window?
Also, just want to mention that you won't be able to track whether or not a user has progressed through a web object, but we may be able to figure out a way to adjust a variable once it's been clicked on.
If you're displaying the web object in a new window, perhaps you can insert a normal image and apply a "Jump to URL" trigger to that image. When that image is clicked you can apply the "Adjust variable" trigger.
