I have published the course and I have tried open story.html since an intranet through VPN. When I click on link the Articulate Mobile Player show a message: "Access denied".
If i open the link with a navigator like firefox on a pc, it works.
And if i upload the course to tempshare.articulate.com it works perfectly with Ipad.
Does your VPN intranet require a login, by any chance? Currently, there isn't a way to pass security credentials from a web browser to a mobile application apart fromTin Can API. As a result, you won't be able to view SCORM, AICC, or web content in the Articulate Mobile Player if your LMS or web server requires users to login. You can try doing the following:
Publish your Storyline content for LMS, but do not mark the box to Use Articulate Mobile Player on iPad. (If you include the HTML5 option when publishing, your content will launch in mobile Safari when viewed on an iPad.)
Or, publish your Storyline content for Web, and mark the box to Use Articulate Mobile Player on iPad. Then upload the published content to a web server that does not require users to login to view the content.
The Vpn required login and the access to intranet too. I have published the content without check on Use Articulate Mobile Player on iPad. The course starts on safari, but it stops on the first step and doesn´t continue.
If I publish the content on web format and only check html5, the upload to your temporary site doesn´t work. The uploading goes correctly to 100% but when it´s starting publish it´s stop on 0%.
I tried with the same web format checking html5 and ipad boxes and its uploaud without incidents.

What Can Ido?
Hi Mitro!
Can you confirm that Private Browsing has been turned off in mobile Safari?
If you're still having trouble, any chance you could share a link to the published output, or send us the .story file for testing? Thanks!
Hi Peter!
Private Browsing is disabled.
I publised the content in your temporary repository. I can access without problem to this repository with Ipad.

Hi Mitro,
Thanks for the link! It looks good on my end, too, so you may want to ensure that your server is configured for the proper MIME types:
Also, have you tried uploading your course to Tempshare without publishing for the Mobile Player app, to see if the HTML5 version works there?

Thanks for the information, Mitro. And you're still testing wit an iPad, correct? With a supported HTML5 browser?:
I think it would be best if you opened a case so we can have a look at your project. You can do that here.
Thanks!
