Since the Flash Player is a plugin for your browser, all the browser actually sees is a blank document. Thus, the end-result will be a blank page.
I have heard of some browsers that will actually print Flash, but the results are usually mixed. You can try right-clicking the content & choosing Print from there if your version of Flash Player supports it.
Out of curiosity, what are you trying to print from the slide?
