HTML5 Audio issue + freeze

Hi there, Amir.  Thanks for reaching out about this behavior - I'm sorry it's been troubling you for so long!

I'd like to get a few more details from you about this to see if I can match it to any known issues we might have:

• Where are you hosting your content (web, LMS, Articulate Online)?
• Tell me which Android mobile devices you've included in your testing.  If you can, including the OS versions.
• Is this happening on more than one file?

yes, it happened again and again even in a new file.

no host, i copy theme into mobile and test it on chrome.

I want to build an app for android- i check it out with java script and open an offline browser for it. in all of that - the page doesn't load. I will upload the project and the published version.

It looks like you shared the published output and then a copy of a .story file that only showcased audio on the second slide? Does this sound right?  I published it for Web and upload here.  That played in Chrome on Desktop for me - do you want to give that a try? 

It's HTML5 only output. As for the custom app for an Android phone, I'd have to leave that in the hands of our community.

i test it on chrome desktop and android. it works. but when i copy published folder to mobile or build an apk file with offline browser. it doesn't work- it freeze on first slide when i tap on blue button.

I don't know why- please help me.

Hi Amir,

I'll have to defer to the community for the methods you're using to get the content onto your Android device - as it's not something we'd support. 

If you have the course loaded into your Web server/LMS (similar to my link) you can play that from your Android device.
