I am using Storyline 1.0 (update 10) to develop the courses. In a project I have used a bevel shape filled with blue color and fade-in effect. Shape is displayed with wrong color on two pages, other pages are working fine. Color is chanted to greenesh yellow. Can you please let me know why this is happening while I am playing "story_html5.html" file?
I am in a protected environment and as per company policy I will not able able to attach any file. The issues is there in two pages, other pages are working fine with the same object. And this error is displaying only in HTML5 output.
I have tried on Internet Explorer 11 where 2 screens are giving problem in the graphic.
The course is not working in latest Chrome version (Version 45.0.2454.101 m). I can see menu but the content area is grayed out and on-screen text, images are not loading; audio is playing fine.
Storyline 1 only supports iOS safari and does not support Android devices you may find things do not wrk as expected when used outside of the recommended environment.
On desktops the supported browsers are Safai and Chrome on a Mac and chrome on a PC

Hi Anup!
Would you be able to share a sample .story file so that we could take a look and understand the issue?

I understand this but it is not working on Windows Chrome v 45, see my previous commnent.
Without seeing the course it is difficult to diagnose where the problem is, I think you need to raise a support case there is no simple fix.
