Hello, it's been a while since I use Articulate, and actually first time trying seriously Storyline. I'm trying to insert a hyperlink. It seems very easy:
Insert Hyperlink - Jump to URL - indicate the URL in the File window - when user clicks
That should it, right? But it is not working. I click and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong or what am I not doing?
If you're trying the link in Preview mode, you're probably seeing the "link not act while previewing" prompt.
If you're trying it when publishing, and you're trying to do this locally, it may not work due to browser security settings. Here's the support page with more info.
