Hyperlink to another site missing browser controls

I've created a launch page using the bookshelf template in the Downloads section. It has books on it that link to our procedures manuals and some quick e-Learning courses that we've created. The launch page is placed onto a SharePoint site as a page viewer that loads the story.html page so it visually looks like it's a part of the page and my users would never know the difference. When you click on one of the links to the manual it opens in another window, or else it would load into a the 575x550 webpart. The subsequent window that opens has no browser controls and no address bar.
No matter which setting I select in the hyperlink options this is the case. Anyone know how to change this?

Hey James, welcome to the forums!
So you're setting the browser controls using the New Window Properties menu, correct?:
Any chance you'd be able to share a link to the course, or send us the .story file privately, so we can give it a test?
Thanks!
Peter,
I've done that and tried all 3 of the settings in the drop-down. The course and what the links go to are on an intranet site, so I don't know if uploading or giving the link would be helpful. We could do a WebEx.
Thanks for the details, James.
You're right, it might be a little hard to troubleshoot as is. I'd go ahead and get ahold of our support team and they'll be able to work with you to take any necessary steps to get this resolved.
Thanks!
James, did you ever find out about this? I'm having something similar. The new browser window has an address bar only - no toolbar, no menu.
Thanks,
Terry
Hi Terry! It does not appear that James ever submitted a support case for this, nor am I sure if he is subscribed to this thread. A further explanation to check settings can be found in this thread. If everything is set up as you expect and it is still not working, please feel free to submit a case.
