I've tried selecting the drag and drop fields to activate the Shuffle Answers field and it is not available. Right now the matches are aligned across from each other making the answers obvious. How do I shuffle them?
On a matching drag and drop they'll be shuffled by default, and they're only displayed to you aligned on the slide stage. If you're seeing them not shuffle during preview or publish, we'd want to take a look at your .story file which you can upload here using the "add attachment" button.

The option to shuffle Matching Drag and Drop items is unavailable because this type of interaction will shuffle by default.
Please let me know if you see something different on your end!
