I'm using Camtasia to edit video but found that it was easier to manipulate/time the audio if it was added separately, so I've been uploading the audio separately as .mp3 files. This has worked in the past but now I've published a story and the audio doesn't play on some of the slides. It plays on the first slide, but not on the second.
HI! I published for LMS and did only test it locally... I'll try it in SCORM cloud and canvas on Monday. But it's not all the audio - just one slide and that makes no sense to me.

Hey Stephanie, thanks for reaching out! I can help. 😊
Did you publish your file for LMS or for Web? Also, where did you test your published output? For example...
Testing published content locally can cause problems, so you'll want to test it in the environment where your learners will see it.

Let us know how you make out with testing, Stephanie. If you'd like to share your .story file here, we can have a look at it too.
Alyssa, Crystal - I loaded the story into Canvas and the audio appears to work. Thanks.
Great news! Let us know if you need any more help.
