Hi,

I would like to know why my project is not working, after published. The previous version of my project was working well. I just using the text to speech functionality in the new version. The project looks like was published without problems, but I can see the preview. I'm using IE 11.

Any suggestion?

Hi there, Carlos.  I'm happy to try and help!  Let me explore a couple of ideas with you:

  • Did you publish for web?  If so, let me know if you are able to view your course publishing for Articulate 360.  You can test your course in Articulate Review and see how it will look like once it's hosted on the web.  Sometimes viewing the output before uploading to a web server will not display all of your content properly.
  • Are you able to view the course in other browsers besides IE 11?  Does the course simply not load?

Let me know what you think, and we'll work on some next steps.

Hi Barry,

Thank you for letting us know that your issue has been resolved.

It looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.

Hey Carlos,

Sorry for any confusion - looks like Barry was replying about the issue he previously mentioned.

If you click 'View' on your e-mail vs. 'Reply', you can follow the conversation here in the forums.

Hi Leslie,

That's the one. So that means that I'm having problems with my browser?

Hey Carlos,

Yes, we did have an incident with publishing that has been resolved.

You control your content here in the forums, and it looks like you've removed a few posts above.

Viewing Articulate Review in IE11 for both Flash and HTML5 is supported as you can see in this documentation.

It seems that it may be a setting in your environment. Are you getting an error or is the content just blank?

Hello Ashley, let me jump in to the fray as well. We have a process where we do a simulation recording at one story size, then we adjust the story size to force the recording to appear at the top of the slide(s). We then import this story until our "template story". Up until recently we have had no problems with this process. Now, when we import one story into another, we can no longer preview a slide, scene or project. We get the error message reported by others and it is attached. Preview on the original stories is not a problem, though I have had problems with Preview in general. I will say that the "DEV" story does include imported slides from several weeks ago and there is no problem.

I am working on my local drive, I have restarted my machine, and I have reinstalled Storyline. Another team member in a different location reported the exact same steps and results with the same files I have attached. I have tried importing in to a new project, but it seems like any 'import' action is causing the problems. Thanks for any help you can offer.

As a follow-up to steps taken to fix the problem, I have fallen back to previous versions of Storyline and the problem still exists. But I am having difficulty falling back to versions earlier than SEP, but I am still trying.
