I cannot access my content - HELP

I am being prompted to sign in into Articulate 360 (which I have done many times before), but it is now asking me to refresh my browser to sign in.  I'm not in a browser, just the pop-up box.  I dont know what to do from here.  Please advise.

Thank you for the information.  I did an update recently.  When I try to open any .story file or just the app in general, the dialog box says that my session has expired and to refresh my browser to login.  There is no browser, just a popup box.  I am unable to go any further.... Thanks again for your help.
