I cant publish to word in Storyline 2

Hi Kim!

Sorry that's hanging you up. Let's see if we can figure out what's happening together. 

I have a couple questions to help narrow down the culprit:

• Are you running the latest update for Storyline 2, update 12? If not, you can download and install it here. 
• Is this an issue limited to that one course file? Or are you seeing the same thing happen in any file you publish for Word?

Hi Kim, sorry you're running into this! What version of Microsoft Office are you using? Also, is the Storyline file saved on your local hard drive? 

Morning, it was happening before the update and also afterwards.  I've tried old projects which printed out before and new projects, I've also moved a build course into a new project to see if that would work.  

I generally save my projects to OneDrive but I've also tried my computer too.

I'm using Office 2016, could that be the issue?  I've been running that since February and I've been able to publish to word since.  

It seems to be the past few weeks.

I'm already on 2016 and saving locally still only prints the first page.
