Hello, I have tried everything to import my Powerpoint into Storyline 3. I am currently working on Powerpoint 2016 and I am trying to import a Powerpoint that I created into Storyline 3. I have adjusted the size, taken out animations and grouped the characters to the background and still no characters, or animations will import into Storyline3. I do not know what to do at this point. Please help.
In regard to characters grouped to the background, I think you may want to make sure your characters/images are separated free so they come in, but I bet you tried that.
What I have done is brought in small groups of slides at a time, have you tried that vs. the whole PPT? It seems to import more consistently and quicker by doing smaller batches.
