We had a storyline 2 file made by a third party - and now want to edit it. I had all the files sent via dropbox - but how do I easily import these into storyline so that I can edit?
Download everything to the same folder, and use SL to open the .story file. If you don't have the .story file, there is nothing you can edit; you will be starting from scratch.
We always advise working on local project files as detailed here, so I'd agree with Walt - download those items from Dropbox to your desktop or similar and then ensure you're using the .story file to open them. You may also want to confirm that you and the third party are using the same version of Storyline so that features and functionality is the same across the files.

Thank you - I was able to go back and ask for the .story file. It was missing! Worked once I got that!
