You may want to test your output in the SCORM Cloud as the industry standard to narrow it down as to whether or not the issue could be LMS-specific. Please also take a look at the System Requirements for SL2 as described here (as it could be the Flash/browser causing the images to go missing).
I did try SCORM CLOUD but the problems is still happening??
