Is there some reason why an image with a transparent background inserted into Storyline has a hint of a border, even though there is not one. I want the image to blend into the white background seamlessly, but it does not seem to do that, even on published output. Any ideas?
I have the same issue. I created a slide which has pictures coming in 1 by 1. Screenshot 1 shows it in edit mode (no line is shown). Screenshot 2 shows it in preview mode (line is shown).
So sorry you've come across this issue, Anthony and Liza. I'm happy to lend a hand!
I'm having a little trouble recreating the border issue on the latest version of Storyline 360 so I'll need some help.
Could you confirm what version of Storyline you’re using? Go to Help > About Storyline.
Additionally, would you mind sharing a sample .story file with me here so I can take a close look at the behavior? If the content is sensitive, you can privately share it here.

Hi Anthony,
If you don't mind, can you do a screenshot of the image with a hint of a border and post it here?
