I have recently had Articulate Storyline 2 installed on my PC and run the updates but it will not allow me to import powerpoint presentations. Any advice?
I have followed those steps for importing and tried working with both networked and local files. I have a valid version of Office 2010. In my office 7 of us can use Storyline 2 fine, but 2 of us get error messages when trying to import powerpoint slides. We all have the same version of office and storyline.
If Storyline is continuing to behave inconsistently for you I'd suggest next you'll need to go through the repair steps here. You mentioned trying to work on networked files too, and I did want to share working on files off a network drive are likely to cause issues and corruption, even if you move the file to your local drive - so we recommend against it. If you need to share files between colleagues I'd advise using this method.

What occurs when you try to import Powerpoint? Are you following the steps here and working with all local project files? Also, can you confirm that you have a valid version of Powerpoint installed?
