Hi, I have 2 laptops with articulate installed in both of them. One of them (old one) can import the files but the other one (new laptop with fresh installation) cannot. These are the same powerpoint file.
Does articulate keep the import logs somewhere that I can use to troubleshoot on my own?
I answered my own question. There was something wrong with the powerpoint installation that only become problematic when I use articulate to import power point file. I re-installed office and it works fine now.
