The first request was made in February (or earlier). I was asking for an update as to the date for the update. Most other software companies will do an update every month or so with the most asked for requests (if possible). Since I have purchased Storyline (last year) I have received 1 update and I am not even sure what was repaired or added. Don't get me wrong, I like the product it's just that things that can be implemented should implemented on a regular basis.
You can find the release notes for Storyline here. It describes bug fixes and enhancements for each update. Storyline has had 3 updates since it launched so if you have only gotten one, you may want to check if you are on the latest version.
As far as "...things that can be implemented should be implemented on a regular basis." -- I disagree. Just because a feature is possible to implement, doesn't mean it should be given to customers in a free update. If I worked for such a software company and had the job of making the call on certain features, I would hold the best features for a full version upgrade rather than a free interim update. Free updates are usually intended to fix bugs and issues that were overlooked rather than to add functionality. It's a competitive market, and software companies need to generate profit in order to keep coming out with better product. I expect we'll see a lot more feature requests come out in a full version upgrade rather than with each free update.

Amen to that! Copying and pasting everything is a bit cumbersome. A good feature request.
Yes, please do request! I did so quite some time back, and it bubbles up periodically in the forums. The more requests the better!
Agreed Becky! Thanks for sharing the link.

Could not have said that better myself Josh, thank you for that.
