I have a 11'32 video that is on a 11'32 player layer, configurated with a pause layer, and a replay button layer.
All works fine, the video plays out nicely the first time and automatically closes the player layer to show the replay button layer. When I click on the replay button, the player layer opens again from the start and plays the video automatically. But then, it freezes seconds before the end @ 11'14. Of course there's no such trigger as a pausing one, just the close trigger and one which opens the replay layer at the end of the video layer.
The learners have to click on the timeline to brute force the end of the video and be able to go to the next slide. And ... It works perfectly in SL preview but not in review.
For now I'll just add a button "End video" but I really would like this to work as it should.
To clarify, can the same behavior be observed across multiple browsers, or is it local to one? Also, are you viewing the course on a mobile device or a desktop computer?
It would be helpful to have a closer look at the project file and test the issue on our end. Would you be comfortable sharing a copy of the .story file here in the discussion or privately through a support case?
