I am creating an exam and I need some assistance please. It is working exactly the way I want, except my incorrect feedback layer is not showing up. (See Question 1) I have it set up to allow 3 tries, but it will only show my Try Again layer. Can anyone take a look at my file and help me out with suggestions? I feel like I've tried everything! Thank you!
Thanks for opening a case, and it has been escalated to the right team. You'll be hearing directly from one of our support engineers with some next steps!
I'm having the same problem where only my response to correct answers shows up. I created this file with a different theme and it worked great. It doesn't work now that I've swapped out the theme. Could someone take a look at this file?
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing with your question slides.
It looks like the Incorrect feedback layer has been removed from the Form View, and you've manually created an incorrect layer in Slide View. This is why the built-in functionality is not working as expected.
An easy fix is to add a space to the incorrect layer in Form View, which will create the built-in layer, then you can hide those items and copy/paste from your custom layer:
OMG been struggling with this for 3 days and Wendy's idea to change the feedback layer names back to simply "Correct" and "Incorrect" has resolved the issue completely for me! Interesting that this only happens on the "select all that apply" type of questions....modifying the feedback layer name on other question types does not seem to create this issue. The names I was using were "Incorrect Feedback" and "Correct Feedback."

It worked for me as well, note sure why my incorrect layer disappeared from the form view though?
There's a possibility your feedback layer was removed by toggling this option in Storyline 360:
Switching the feedback to "None" removes the correct and incorrect layers from the question slide. If you didn't change this option, please share details of what you were working on in Storyline 360 prior to the incorrect layer disappearing so we can investigate it further on our end.

Rory I've tested your SL2 file in preview and it's working but once published to LMS and uploaded to Scormcloud it's not working - I'd suggest getting the Articulate support guys to take a look by logging a case
Thanks for testing my lesson and the suggestion plus link. Very much appreciated.
Also, your comment about Chrome got me thinking. The lesson works exactly as designed in IE, but not Chrome. Another clue for the support guys.
