Insert Slide from Content LIbrary

Is anybody else having issues with inserting a slide from the Content Library? I keep getting a "...download did not complete successfully..check your connection to Articulate 360.." message. But i'm connected properly?

I would first like to confirm that all network endpoints are enabled. You may need help from your IT team on this! Please check if port 443 is open. If not, ask them to open port 443 and add the domains in this article to your organization's 'allowlist'.
