Installation; Not getting "" on my desktop or any folder.

Hi guys my installation keeps on failing; I followed these steps to get installer logs but I don't see them on my desktop even though a box does pop up saying the file is on my desktop. Need to send that file to the engineer to investigate the Articulate Storyline 2 installation failure.

Here are the steps:

1) Download and extract this zip file on your computer:
