In my case is a fresh installation on windows 10 ... There is no SL2 folder
in Program Files!
The problem is that installation can not be completed. At the end of the
process this message:appears: *”The Storyline installation folder
components appear to have been removed, renamed, or deleted. Error:
80070643”*
Did you reach out to our Support engineers here? If you're receiving that error message they'll need to take a look at some more specific system information to figure out what may have occurred and where the install files went.

I'm sorry to hear about the error you've run into installing Storyline, and it's not a common error I've seen before - but there is at least this thread where Mica offered the steps she went through to solve the error on her end.
